⚡ Power Upgrade - Gidgegannup Primary School

West Coast Construction Group secured a $130k contract for a power upgrade at Gidgegannup Primary School, managed by Programmed Facility Management.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a power upgrade at Gidgegannup Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the design, supply, delivery to site, storing and installation and testing of various Electrical Services systems, see consultant specification. This project will be delivered in stages, with the Program of Works to reflect majority of works to be completed during the July and September school holidays. Owing to switchboard lead times, the switchboard installation is to be scheduled for the December 2026 school holidays, ahead of Western Power connection. All power outage works must be completed during school holidays or weekends.

The buyer is Programmed Facility Management, acting on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works and Department of Education. The contract value is $130,099 (Fixed Price) and was awarded via Limited Sourcing to West Coast Construction Group (The Trustee for Macbond Trust).
