🏗️ Refurbish Up-to 11 Houses - Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women

Contract awarded to West Coast Construction Group for $374,027 to refurbish up to 11 houses at Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake house refurbishment works at the Boronia Pre-Release Centre for Women. The Work includes but is not limited to the installation of drainage to house surrounds, WPM installation to internal slab throughout, flooring replacement, repainting, and minor maintenance works. Contractor personnel must be DOJ cleared in order to carry out works. Respondents must complete and submit via email the provided Confidentiality Deed Poll to [email protected] to attain access to Annexure 1 – Scope, Specification & Drawings as part of the tender documentation.
