Tender description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Power Upgrade works at North Beach Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to Power Upgrade works including a new substation by Western Power as detailed in “PROMSA26086 - Annexure 1 – Scope, Specifications and Drawing”.
Works have to be completed during school holidays and as per the City of Stirling requirement works will have to occur from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Any work required on Sundays will require City of Stirling approval.
