WA government awarded $1.12M in contracts for school toilet upgrades across 11 Perth schools to seven contractors after an open tender with 13 submissions.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Education (South) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Toilet Refreshment works at Nominated Schools. PFM reserves the right to award the works as a single Contract or multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time. Programmed Facility Management, on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Education (South), awarded contracts worth an estimated $1,123,991 via Open Tender. Winning contractors include AWB Co., Kardan Construction, LKS Constructions (WA) Pty Ltd, M Construction (WA), Oban Group, Programmed Facility Management, and Schlager Group.
