🏗️ Technical Geotechnical Construction Support - Perth Park

PTA awarded Geosite Pty Ltd a $165k contract for geotechnical support at Perth Park, using a panel procurement method.

The PTA seeks the provision of Services, including (but not limited to): • completion of PESP Alliance safety / site requirements (e.g. induction) to attend site • review construction documentation (SWMS, Method Statements, ITPs, Specifications, monitoring and instrumentation, amongst others) • attendance at Perth Park site, as needed, and inspect Ground Improvement works (e.g. piling, CMCs, surcharge) • expert advice on construction documentation suitability/ improvements, and compliance on site • expert advice on the construction compliance (e.g. methodology, materials, ITPs, test reports, specifications etc) • expert advice, compliance/non-compliance, remedial actions/recommendations to OMTID and PESP Alliance and MRWA Alliance • liaise with the PESP Alliance team, including but not limited to Geotechnical designer, construction manager, site manager, quality team • work closely with OMTID’s Geotechnical Engineer (Matt Lardi) and include in communication / advice and site inspections (where possible), to ensure they are across any issues.
