Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake accessible toilet and laundry upgrade works at East Victoria Park ESC. The Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition Electrical Tiling Plumbing Mechanical Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
