Tender description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake plasterglass ceiling remediation works at Kapinara Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of plasterglass ceilings from Blocks A,B C, E, F & H with new including framework/metal grid, insulation, cornices or timber trim, fittings, and fixtures. Works to be completed in December 2025 - January 2026 Christmas Term Break. Area to be handed back to the school by the start of Term 1 2026.
