Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Conversion to reverse cycle AC at Singleton Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the Install of new reverse cycle A/C including the building of bulkheads, decommission and remove evaporative A/C and gas heaters and patch and make good all areas.
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender
