opportunity
WA Health is conducting market research for a new Procurement and Contract Register System to replace its current legacy system by 2029.
Health Support Services (HSS) currently manages a system to capture information and to workflow documents for procurement and other types of expenditure-related contracts for WA Health. The system, currently known as the Procurement Development and Management System (PDMS), is a custom system aligned to the policy and procedural requirements for the development and management of these contracts in WA Health. HSS’s current contract for the PDMS will reach its final expiry on 31 December 2029, and HSS needs to replace this legacy system with a new solution.
In this context, HSS, on behalf of the WA health system, is conducting a market research exercise to understand available solutions for the replacement of the legacy system.
The buyer is Health Support Services. The procurement method is not specified as this is an RFI (Request for Information), not a tender for award. No contract value or winning contractors are associated with this opportunity stage.
