Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works inclusive of fire damage repair works at Lot 240 16 Target Road, Yakamia, WA 6330. The Work includes but is not limited to the following Preliminaries, Site Works and General Demolition Internal/External Carpentry Joinery and Doors Cabinetry Roof works Gyprock and Insulation Bricklayer Metal works and windows Glazier Plumber Convert electric appliances Electrical Plaster Floor and Wall Fencing Painting Cleaning Carport and Shed Patio External Works Carport Roller Door All work to convert dining into 6th bedroom All Fire Damage (inc Entry, Bed 1, Ensuite, Lounge, Smoke damage to Bed 2 and Replace Smoke Damaged Eaves Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
