🚨 Governance System

DFES awarded Amnesium Pty Ltd a $385k contract for a SaaS Governance System to streamline committee management and reduce manual tasks.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) State Emergency Management Committee Business Unit and the Office of the Commissioner is currently using a system of various spreadsheets, calendars and software programs to track workflows, task assignments, deliver meeting packs and meetings for multiple committees and working groups. These processes and associated data require significant manual work to maintain and manage. A software solution – in the form of a Governance Information System – is required to facilitate efficient workflow management, reduce duplication of tasks and ensure data is current, accurate and consistent. DFES is seeking the provision of a flexible Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Software-as-a-Service solution that can be configured to support multiple subcommittees with varying processes, and act as a central committee management tool and portal, for use by the Business Unit and committee members.
