Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake EC play space refurbishment works at Bannister Creek Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to the delivery of all landscape construction and establishment activities, including the preparation of an Artifact Management Plan, demolition of existing elements, fine grading, and the design and construction of irrigation systems. The scope also includes in-situ concrete paving, hot-dip galvanised steel works, rock pitching, stonework, timber construction, composite decking, rubber softfall installation, and the procurement and installation of play equipment and site furniture. Additional works involve soil preparation, planting, and mulching to achieve the specified landscape outcomes. Prior to Practical Completion, a Play Audit Inspection and associated report will be undertaken. The Contractor shall also provide a 13-week soft landscape maintenance period to ensure successful plant establishment, followed by a 52-week defects liability period during which any defects or deficiencies in the works will be rectified. Works to be carried out during school holiday.
