DFES seeks to continue its current Employee Assistant Program (EAP) model of a Panel of Preferred Mental Health Service Providers consisting of psychologists and clinical psychologists. The Contract delivery points will be the Perth Metropolitan area and regional WA. Services may be provided through telehealth, however, DFES prefer face to face (F2F) consultations. It is expected that the collective experience of the panel will provide state-wide services to support the mental health and wellbeing of current DFES employees, ESVs, and their immediate family members. DFES seeks to establish the following three lines of mental health support services: A. Panel of Preferred Mental Health Service Providers B. 24/7 Support Line C. Training, Mediation and Coaching
