WA ODPP awarded a $225,000 estimated contract to Danjoo Business Solutions for helpdesk support, prioritising Aboriginal Procurement Policy targets.

This engagement has been successful and aligns with our commitment to inclusive procurement and community engagement. The intent now is to engage Danjoo again for the two proposed roles for an initial six-month contract with two extension options of three month each. This engagement also sustainably increases the agency participation improvements for the Aboriginal Procurement Policy (APP) targets. (2025-26 target is at 4.5%) This engagement also supports sustainable improvements in agency participation toward meeting the Aboriginal Procurement Policy (APP) targets, which are set at 4.5% for 2025–26. The job is to provide support to the business and technology systems environment, including: · Coordinate and supervise the delivery of timely helpdesk and desktop support services to the ODPP; · Coordinate and conduct basic installation and configuration of computer equipment and software; · Update the Active Directory for user and computer requests to comply with security standards; · Assist and support the Services Manager with basic configuration and operations of network infrastructure and cloud-based services; · Evaluate and review desktop hardware and software to ensure business requirements are met; · Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers for support and maintenance of IT equipment, as required;
