WA government awarded a $1.46M contract for electrical upgrades at three Perth schools to Hender Lee Electrical Contractors and Techworks Electrical.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at the three (3) following sites: Orelia Primary School Beaconsfield Primary School Spearwood Primary School The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of some existing switchboards, new pits, conduits and cabling as per consultant documentation. Programmed Facility Management, on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works and Department of Education, awarded a fixed-price contract worth $1,462,623 via open advertisement to Hender Lee Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd and Techworks Electrical (Techworks Electrical Pty Ltd).
