Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Site Supply Electrical upgrade at Ballajura Primary School. ??????? The Work includes but is not limited to: Shop Drawings for approval New Switchboards (if applicable) New Pits New conduits Upgrade of cabling Make good of all affected areas including but not limited to grass, garden beds, reticulation, walls, ceilings and eaves. Footpaths and Bitumen areas Temp Fencing if required Any shutdowns of power required to be School holiday period All certificates of Installation Compliance, As Con’s Manuals and Asset Data collection All works to be completed as per the Consultant Documentation Removal and Disposal from Site of all redundant materials If works are to be untaken within ACM contaminated areas, all allowances need to be included with this RFQ if applicable
