This procurement seeks to engage a contractor to upgrade the Tool Air (TA) system plant at Fremantle Hospital. The objective is to achieve air quality in line with Australian Standards. The work involves the removal of the existing dryer and filtration connected to the TA and the installation of a new TA dryer and filtration system (including pipework to the TA). The scope of work includes: The purchase of the plant The demolition and the installation of the plant The electrical work associated with the above, including the connection to the BMS Commissioning and certification of the system The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply of the plants, labour and equipment, ensuring all works comply with the relevant Australian and safety standards.
