🏥 Fremantle Hospital – Medical Air System

Fremantle Hospital's medical air system is being replaced by Centigrade Medical Gases for $172,037 via direct sourcing to meet safety standards.

This procurement seeks to engage a contractor to replace the medical air (MA) system plant at Fremantle Hospital. The objective is to achieve air quality and ensure compliance with AS 2568:2019. The work involves the removal of the existing dryer for the MA and the installation of a new MA plant (including air compressors, receiver, driers and filters), installation of the pipework to the MA plant. The scope of work includes: The purchase of the plant The demolition and the installation of the plant The electrical work associated with the above, including connection to the BMS Commissioning and certification of the system. The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply of the plants, labour, and equipment, ensuring all works comply with the relevant Australian and safety standards.

The South Metropolitan Health Service directly sourced a $172,037 (Fixed Price) contract from Centigrade Medical Gases Pty Ltd. Only one submission was received.
