WA government awarded a $207,420 refurbishment contract via Limited Sourcing to K Craft Building for a Rockingham property.

The Work includes but is not limited to: General Demolition Electrical Plumbing Ceiling & Cornice Internal/External Carpentry, Joinery and Doors Cabinetry Windows Security Screens Flooring Tiling External works Fencing Structural report repair works Roof restoration Painting Cleaning Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
