Tender description
The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is seeking to establish a whole of government standing offer for Travel Management Services. The proposed Common Use Arrangement (CUA) will enable State Government agencies and approved buyers to book domestic and international air travel, accommodation, car hire, coach and rail bookings. The proposed CUA will include travel management services currently provided under current CUATMS2017 for Travel Management Services.
The proposed CUA will include revisions and/or enhancements to existing services and the scope will reflect business requirements of State Government agencies and approved buyers. The proposed CUA may include mandatory and non-mandatory categories. The estimated contract term is for up to nine years, with an initial Head Agreement Term of three years. There will be three extension options to extend the Head Agreement Term, of three years, two years and one year duration respectively, available entirely at the discretion of the Department.
DTF intends to commence the new arrangement immediately following the expiry of current CUATMS2017.
