Tender description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake mechanical upgrades at Tuart Hill Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to supply and installation of new AC Split system to Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I - as per Alphazeta Tender Specifications and Drawings. Please refer to Appendix 2. Block G existing switchboard is to be replaced please refer to Buttel Electrical Tender Documentation- as per Appendix 3. The works are to be carried out during school holidays and possible term works in conjunction with School operations if possible.
