WA government awarded a $254,500 contract to Quayside Construction Pty Ltd for refurbishment of a property in Exmouth, receiving only one bid.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 11B Salmon Loop, Exmouth WA 6707. The Work includes but is not limited to refurbishment works to the following: External Front Carport Lounge Dining Kitchen Passage Bedroom 1 Ensuite Toilet 1 Bedroom 2 Bedroom 3 Bathroom 1 Toilet 2 Laundry Storeroom External Rear Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
