Summary
The Western Australia Police Force and Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) (Potential Customers) required both preliminary and secondary oral fluid screening test kits for the purpose of conducting roadside (or equivalent) screening to determine the presence of any one of the following prescribed illicit drugs in a driver’s oral fluid: 1. tetrahydrocannabinol 2. methylamphetamine 3. 3,4-methylenedioxy-n, alpha-dimethylphenylethylamine (MDMA) 4. cocaine In the event of legislative changes, the Potential Customers reserve the right to add to the above list of illicit drugs throughout the Term of the Head Agreement.
