Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Replacement of the Roof at the South Metropolitan TAFE Carlisle Campus, Block F. The Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition; Civil works; Roofing; Insulation; Tiling; and Painting. Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender
