Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake metal strip ceiling remediation works at Kardinya Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of metal strip ceilings located in blocks A, E, F & G, clean of cavities, and replacement. Works to be completed in December 2025/January 2026 Christmas Term Break, with area handed back to the school by the start of Term 1.
