🤝 Target 120 - Perth Metro

WA Department of Communities awarded a $510k contract to Kinship Connections WA for the Target 120 program, supporting Aboriginal youth and families in Perth.

Target 120 is an across-government strategy to holistically support identified young people and families presenting with complex needs to achieve their goals, improve whole-of-life outcomes and reduce contact with the justice system. Kinship will support the engagement and assessment and connection of young people and their caregivers to their extended families with the aim of building natural supports. The service will be offered to up to 16 Aboriginal young people, and their families, referred to the Target 120 program in the Perth metro area.

The Department of Communities awarded $510,824 via an 'Other Direct Grant' to Kinship Connections WA (Inc).
