Tender description
The Western Australia Police Force seek to engage a Contractor to provide VMware subscription-based licenses. More specifically, the VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) Subscription, for the WA Police Force on-premise data centres. The WA Police Force may require VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) subscriptions in the future. There is potential, but no guarantees, for additional licenses to be purchased during the Contract Term. This will be dependent on operational needs of the WA Police Force. The Contractor must be a Select, Premier or Pinnacle Partner Tier and an authorised reseller of VMware with the capability to provide a purchasing method for VMware Software. The WA Police Force does not have a preference among these partnership levels. The Contractor is required to act as an escalation point, if necessary, for support in relation to the VMware Software and liaise with the WA Police Force for renewals.
