Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake replacement of ceilings and lighting at A Block, Bentley Campus. The Work includes but is not limited to, replacement of existing plaster glass ceilings to new grid ceilings, new drop in LED lights to accommodate new grid ceilings and minor works to existing air conditioners to accommodate new ceiling heights. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

The buyer is Programmed Facility Management, acting for the Department of Finance and Department of Training and Workforce Development. The contract value is $99,806 (Fixed Price), awarded via Limited Sourcing to West Coast Construction & Demolition (The Trustee for Macbond Trust).
