📋 Provision of Traffic Management Services
Summary
The Network & Infrastructure (N&I) Division of the Public Transport Authority (PTA) is responsible for maintaining the safety of the infrastructure within the urban rail network. To support this purpose, the PTA seeks offers from suitably qualified Contractor(s) for the Provision of Traffic Management Services (herein referred as ‘Services’) in the Perth metropolitan area including, but not limited to the following: a) Mitchell and Kwinana Freeways and Highways; b) Major and minor roadways; c) PTA worksites; d) Principal shared paths; e) Train station carparks, site internal roadways, Busport, and associated bus interchanges; and f) Other locations as directed. Services may be required during normal hours and after hours any day of the week. Planned maintenance services to be performed on Perth metropolitan freeways/highways will mainly be performed after hours Sunday through to Thursday nights, and at any time Emergency Works are required. The PTA seeks the Provision of Traffic Management Services in the Perth metropolitan area including, but not limited to the following: Mitchell and Kwinana Freeways and Highways; Major and minor roadways; PTA worksites; Principal shared paths; Train station carparks, site internal roadways, Busport, and associated bus interchanges; and Other locations as directed. Services may be needed both during regular hours and after hours on any day of the year. Planned maintenance activities on Perth metropolitan freeways and highways will primarily take place after hours from Sunday to Thursday nights. Emergency works can be carried out at any time. The Services required are divided into two (2) categories: Traffic Management; and Development Traffic Management Plans.
