South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) requires professional services to review the condition of the hospital to determine the works required to meet the Handover Conditions (as defined under the Facilities Management Services Contract (FMSC)). SMHS delivers hospital and community-based public health care services. SMHS’ hospital network includes Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). Serco Australia Pty Ltd is the Facilities Manager (FM) of FSH under the Facilities Management Services Contract (FMSC) (Contract). FSH reached Practical Completion at the end of 2013 and has been managed and maintained by the Facilities Manager since this time. It is a condition of the Contract that the hospital is handed back to the State in a suitable condition and periodic hospital condition reviews are to be conducted.
