Summary
Health Support Services (HSS) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer for the provision of a dedicated statewide Quality Improvement Software Solution (QISS) to support quality improvement (QI) activities across the WA health system, comprising approximately 450 health sites throughout Western Australia.
The National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Clinical Governance Standard, Action 1.8, requires health service organisations to maintain an effective quality improvement system. A dedicated Quality Improvement Software Solution is a key enabler of clinical-led quality improvement and supports the consistent application of improvement science methodologies across the health system.
