Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Power Upgrades at Durham Road School.

The Work includes but is not limited to the install of a new Site Main Switchboard [SMSB], works within existing SMSB, underground conduit and pit system, installation of new Distribution Boards and site preparation for the New Western Power Substation.

Contractors are to allow temporary power to cater for on-site vacation care, canteen and security alarms. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that they contact ED Security before power it turned off and when power has been re-instated. Contractors must wait on EdSecurity confirmation that all security alarms are online prior to leaving site. The final scope of works from Western Power is yet to be finalised. As part of the work, contractors will be responsible for the Preliminary Notice and submitting the required documentation and photos to Western Power for Are you Ready? A provisional sum of $100,000 has been allocated to any potential work required on behalf of Western Power. This amount is not to be amended at all.
