Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 10 July 2020 and published in the Government Gazette dated 24 July 2020 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 9 July 2026. The land is designated S19/398 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
