Extends the exemption originally declared on 17 August 2020 and published in the Government Gazette dated 21 August 2020 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 16 August 2026. Locality: Lake Kepwari—Collie Mineral Field. Land designated S19/399 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
