Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 1 April 2014 and published in the Government Gazette dated 11 April 2014 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years expiring on 31 March 2028.
