Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 april 2022 are required by the personal representative, anthony hourihane of care of irdi legal, [contact details redacted] 6007, to send particulars of their claims to him within 31 days from date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
