I, Nathan Harrison, as Executive Director Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 17 of the Kimberley Prawn Limited Entry Fishery Notice 1993 (the Plan) and being of the opinion that the prohibition is required in the better interests of the Kimberley Prawn Managed Fishery, do hereby cancel Notice No. 1 of 2025, dated 18 March 2025; and prohibit fishing for prawns in specified areas.
