Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the historical homosexual convictions expungement regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. Prescribes an offence against the police act 1892 section 54 as in force before 31 may 2005 as a historical homosexual offence.
