It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Exmouth Town Planning Scheme amendment on 1 September 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezone Lots 149 and 150 Hunt Street, North West Cape to ‘Special Use—Caravan Park and Camping Ground’ zone and number accordingly. Delete the text relating to the ‘Development Investigation Area’ from Schedule 3—Special Use Zones and include the following—...
