It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 26 March 2025 for the purpose of deleting Restricted Use R1, rezoning portions of several lots, including additional uses, rezoning to reserve local road, including terms used in scheme, and amending scheme maps accordingly.
