It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 15 October 2025 for the purpose of reclassifying Lot 510 on Deposited Plan 427828, Willersdorf Road, Exmouth from the ‘Public Open Space’ reserve to the ‘Tourism’ zone; amending ‘Schedule 3—Restricted Uses’ to include R4 and relevant conditions; and amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
