Known as the Commonage site, immediately west of the Northampton townsite. Being the land shown hatched in black set out in Schedule 1. Land surrounding and including the 'Wanerenooka' and 'Roger Malray' mineshafts and other mining features. Known as the Wanerenooka site, within the northern boundary of the Northampton townsite. Being the land shown hatched in black set out in Schedule 2.

I, Richard Sellers, the Director General at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act 2012, declare the following lands to be abandoned mine sites for the purposes of the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act 2012— Land surrounding and including the 'Nooka', 'Nooka South' 'Chiverton', 'Nooka West', 'Lucky Lou', 'Nooka North' and 'Rifle Range' mineshafts and other mining features. Known as the Commonage site, immediately west of the Northampton townsite. Being the land shown hatched in black set out in Schedule 1. Land surrounding and including the 'Wanerenooka' and 'Roger Malray' mineshafts and other mining features. Known as the Wanerenooka site, within the northern boundary of the Northampton townsite. Being the land shown hatched in black set out in Schedule 2.
