I, richard sellers, the director general at the department of mines, industry regulation and safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following lands to be abandoned mine sites for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— land surrounding the stewart shaft cue. being the land shown hatched in black set out in schedule 1.
