This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Regional Christmas & Public Holiday) Variation Order 2024. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. Authorises extended retail trading hours in Beverley, Carnamah, Collie, Coorow, Dowerin, Gnowangerup, Harvey, Lake Grace, Mandurah, Merredin, Morawa, Plantagenet, Wagin, Wongan-Ballidu and Wickepin local government districts during Christmas and public holiday periods.
