The Minister for Commerce makes the Retail Trading Hours (Regional Christmas & Public Holiday) Variation Order 2025, authorising extended retail trading hours for general retail shops (excluding motor vehicle shops) in various regional local government districts during specified periods in December 2025 and on public holidays in 2026. This order overrides previous variation orders for Boddington, Collie, Greater Geraldton, Mandurah and Narrogin.
