Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Alan John Gibbs of 223 Crimea Street, Noranda, Western Australia, deceased 27 May 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to Mr Martin Owen Gibbs, executor, c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa 6943 by 7 november 2017, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
