Order made under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(a) by the Governor in Executive Council constituting the Paraburdoo Water Reserve. Boundaries are defined by coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan WT9095 and shown on the plan in Schedule 1.
