Made by the A/Chief Superintendent Country of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services under section 18(4a) of the Bush Fires Act 1954. This notice is the Bush Fires (Restricted Burning Times) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2025. This notice comes into operation on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette and is to have effect for restricted burning time specified in Schedule 1. Schedule 1 is amended by deleting all references to the prohibited burning times for the zones of the State mentioned in Schedule 1 column 2, and inserting the following— Restricted Burning Time Zone of the State 1 October - 15 April Shire of Kojonup.
