Notice is hereby given that pursuant to its powers under section 344c of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911, the council of the City of Bunbury resolved at its meeting of 14 May 20 July 2019 (decision 120/19) as part of the schedule of fees and charges to fix the following fees effective from 1 July 2019— City of Bunbury health local laws 2001 part 8—lodging-houses— registration of a lodging-house for less than 100 lodgers $118 renewal of lodging-house registration for less than 100 lodgers $118 per annum registration of a lodging-house for 100 or more lodgers $312 renewal of lodging-house registration for 100 or more lodgers $312 per annum.
