Notice is hereby given that pursuant to its powers under section 344c of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911, the council of the city of bunbury resolved at its meeting of 25 july 2023 as part of the schedule of fees and charges to fix the following fees effective from 1 july 2023— city of bunbury health local laws 2001 part 8—lodging-houses— • registration of a lodging-house for less than 100 lodgers $127 • renewal of lodging-house registration for less than 100 lodgers $127 per annum • registration of a lodging-house for 100 or more lodgers $337 • renewal of lodging-house registration for 100 or more lodgers $337 per annum
